Flange End Butterfly Valve

1. PROFUCT PROFILE

Wafer type butterfly valve is one type of central lined butterfly valve, which is one normal type of butterfly valve in need of big quantity.Butterfly valve flange type has its flanges with holes. The pipe end to be connected to the valve is also designed with a flange and holes of the same size as those on the flanged valve. The valve is secured on the piping system using bolts and nuts.Prosper Flow can produce the wafer butterfly valve rubber lined in accordance with EN593, API609 and AMSE B16.34.

2. FEATURES

· Bonded vulcanized liner of drinking water approved EPDM with an excellent compression set and thus ability to regain its original shape

· Streamlined disc with minimum flow resistance

· Profiled disc edge requires minimal deformation of the liner to achieve tight sealing, and results in less wear of the liner

· Disc has a precision profile that provides bubble tight shut off and assures minimum torque

· The sealing material has the characteristics of aging resistance, weak corrosion resistance and long service life
